  The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
  - Degree in Ornamental Horticulture (or acquiring
  - Landscape plan reading
  - Customer relation skills
  - Good communication skills

  Duties would include, but not limited to:
  - Installation of plant material
  - Diagnosing plant problems

• Spray Technician / Maintenance

  The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
  - Pesticide applicators license/certification
  - Pruning techniques
  - Equipment maintenance
  - Valid drivers license

  Duties would include, but not limited to:
  - Plowing (if needed)
  - Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance
  - Plant and turf health care

• Nursery Salesperson - Horticulturist

  The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
  - Degree in Ornamental Horticulture (or acquiring)
  - Landscape design abilities
  -Salesmanship qualities 

  Duties would include, but not limited to:
  - Sale of plant material
  - Diagnosing plant problems
  - Care of nursery stock
  - Writing articles for our newsletter
  - Quick sketch design
